This Art Deco vase was made by Camille Fauré (1874-1956). He was an enamel artist who was best known for his designs for the Limoges porcelain manufacturer. His trademark was figurative patterns and floral motifs in richly glazed colours.
In 1925, Fauré founded his own company in Limoges together with five other enamellers. They signed their pieces with the mark “C. Fauré Limoges”.
This vase also bears this mark.
